Eric has had 20 years of sales and sales management experience in Medical Capital and Surgical Devices. He has developed consultative partnerships with clients ranging from venture-backed start-up medical companies to Fortune 50 corporations in the medical imaging and the medical device industries . Prior to entering executive search, he held executive management positions with GE/OEC Medical Systems, where he spent over 11 years as a top-ranked performer. His industry experience, his niche market knowledge, and a frequent and direct communication style are employed to ensure a successful search and to build long-term partnerships with his clients. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon.
Jacqueline has 5 years of medical recruiting experience, specializing in medical device, medical disposables, and dental products.
Her niche has been placing Fortune 500 Business to Business candidates into entry level medical/dental sales positions. She has played a vital role in two national biotech expansions.
